Do you work every day?
Yes, our service is available 24/7, day and night.
Can we book at the last minute?
Yes. For departures in less than an hour, a €20 surcharge applies. We recommend booking in advance whenever possible.
How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
You will automatically receive a confirmation email or message.
How do I cancel a ride?
Please notify us in advance. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations.
Pricing & Payment
What are your rates?
Each journey has a fixed price, calculated according to distance and displayed before booking: simply indicate your departure and destination. No traffic or weather surcharges.
Are there any extra charges for nights or weekends?
Yes, a surcharge of €20 applies from 10pm to 8am, on weekends and public holidays (charged only once).
What payment methods do you accept?
Secure online payment at the time of booking, or on board by credit card or cash. Monthly billing available for businesses.
Luggage & equipment
Can suitcases be transported?
Yes, one cabin bag and one checked bag. For two large suitcases, please specify this when booking.
Do you provide the equipment?
Yes: helmet, gloves, motorcycle jacket and airbag vest, CE approved, cleaned and disinfected after each race.
Safety & Pilots
Are the pilots experienced?
Yes, a minimum of 5 years of motorcycle license, with passenger transport insurance.
Do the pilots speak English?
Yes, English and Spanish. We also work with female drivers.
What if my plane or train is delayed?
There is no charge for waiting: simply provide us with your flight or train number.
