{"id":3,"date":"2024-12-10T17:54:32","date_gmt":"2024-12-10T17:54:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/a2mbike.com\/?page_id=3"},"modified":"2026-10-08T23:52:18","modified_gmt":"2026-10-09T00:52:18","slug":"conditions-generales","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/a2mbike.com\/en\/conditions-generales\/","title":{"rendered":"General terms and conditions of sale"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Object<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms and conditions govern motorcycle taxi rides booked with Hamed Warr (\u00abA2M Bike\u00bb) via the website a2mbike.com, by phone, or via WhatsApp. All bookings imply acceptance of these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reservation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You enter your departure address, your destination, the date, and the time. The fare is displayed before confirmation. The booking is confirmed by email after online payment or, if you choose to pay on board, immediately upon confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trips whose departure or arrival is outside of \u00cele-de-France are recorded as requests: they are only confirmed after your pilot calls, and are settled on board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Price<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes. The price displayed at the time of booking is fixed: it does not vary with traffic or weather conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The price of each ride is calculated based on the distance and displayed before booking confirmation. Rides outside the \u00cele-de-France region are confirmed by phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A surcharge of \u20ac20 applies from 10pm to 8am, on weekends and public holidays (applied only once).<\/li>\n\n<li>Departure in less than an hour: supplement of \u20ac20.<\/li>\n\n<li>Waiting time on site reserved: \u20ac50 per hour. Return trip: price of one way multiplied by two.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is made online at the time of booking (secure payment through our provider), or on board, by credit card or cash. An invoice is available upon request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation and modification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any cancellation or modification must be reported to us by phone or WhatsApp at 07 69 86 01 11. Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Beyond that time, or in case of no-show at the meeting point, a \u20ac50 fee may be charged. A ride paid for online and cancelled within the free cancellation period will be fully refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delays and waiting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delays to flights or trains whose numbers were provided to us at the time of booking are not charged. For any other waiting time beyond the booked option, a charge of \u20ac50 per hour may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Luggage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each passenger may bring one carry-on bag and one checked bag. For larger bags, please specify this when booking. The pilot may refuse any baggage that is dangerous or incompatible with the safety of the flight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Safety on board<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wearing a helmet and the provided equipment (gloves, jacket, airbag vest) is mandatory. The passenger must follow the pilot&#039;s instructions. The pilot may refuse a ride if safety cannot be guaranteed (passenger&#039;s condition, exceptional traffic conditions). Minors travel under the responsibility of their legal guardian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Race completion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your ride can be carried out by a qualified and insured professional partner rider, selected by A2M Bike. The conditions, price and quality of service remain the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liability and insurance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A2M Bike is insured for the transport of persons. It cannot be held liable for delays due to unforeseen and unavoidable events (force majeure, traffic accidents, road closures, decisions by authorities).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with Article L.221-28 12\u00b0 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services provided on a specific date or during a specific period. The cancellation conditions outlined above apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Complaints and mediation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any complaint can be sent to contact@a2mbike.com.
